The minimum information we need is:
- Make/Model of Gun (include any modifications you've made to it)
- Left/Right Hand Draw
- Color
- Carry Position (OWB, IWB, Appendix, etc)
- Type of Belt Attachment
- Rivet Color Choice (Black will be used if not specified)
- Any attachments or accessories
The production employee who will build your holster will contact you to confirm details and provide a quote.
You must email acceptance of the quote. Once payment is received, your holster will be built.
If you are ordering for an XD or an FN, along with this form, send photos of both sides of your gun to custom@greenforcetactical.com and refer to this message.
