Many questions center around lead time and "When will my order be done?"
Please review the Lead Time section on our Terms and Conditions page. If you are still within the lead time window for the product you ordered, there is no need to ask for an order status. It is in the build queue and either waiting its turn or actively being built.
We have only two Order Statuses in our system: "In the Build Queue" and "Shipped."
