We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We provide free shipping on all orders over $40 via USPS First Class with tracking.  Some items may require a fixed shipping cost.  You may choose Priority Mail via USPS for faster shipping, however this will NOT change the speed or order in which your holster is built.  International orders will ship via USPS Priority International. All paid shipping will be calculated by weight.  All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Guarantees and Warranties:

All of our manufactured products come with a 30 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If within the first 30 days of owning a Green Force Tactical, Inc. product, you are not 100% satisfied, we will provide a full refund upon return of the product. 

We also offer a full lifetime warranty for all of our manufactured products. With the exception of gross negligence, misuse, or obviously intentional damage, if you somehow manage to break one of our holsters, we will repair or replace it with an identical model or its next generation replacement. All we ask is that you return the product to us, with a brief synopsis of how it became damaged so we can identify the specifics of what happened and use that knowledge to improve our future designs.  

Please use the return process described below. And if you send your story of what happened along with a video or field pics of how it happened or why you are unsatisfied with your product, we will use that information to improve our products.  Also, we may post it on our site/social media so others can learn from your experience.


Here's how you return an item to us:

  1. Login to the store using the account you created at checkout (If you didn't create an account, please send a contact form with your order number and as much of the below details as possible)
  2. Go to My Account along to top menu of the webpage
  3. Click Completed Orders
  4. Find the item you wish to return in your list of orders and click Return Item(s) next to the item.
  5. Fill out the form with the appropriate information. Please add as much detail into the comments as possible. Your feedback helps us improve our products.
  6. Click Submit Return Request.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your return and we will communicate the status of the return and any questions we have via this email address.
  8. When your return is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  9. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the requested action (Refund, Replacement, Store Credit, etc.)

While you may also use the Contact Us form to communicate with us about your return, you MUST use the return process described here to initiate the return, unless you purchased your product as a guest without creating an account.  This will ensure we can adequately track your return and process it quicker for you.
